Project Management
Multi-faceted communications projects with several contractors can be hard to manage from a client’s perspective. Tricker PR is experienced in project managing complex assignments and has acted in this role for several public sector clients such as Scottish Enterprise and Highlands and Islands Enterprise. Tricker PR’s comprehensive project management software package allows for us to monitor and report on all tasks within a project, even if undertaken by other external project contractors (By the way - Tricker PR doesn’t use contractors or freelancers so all our staff are employees.)
